The first thing to know is that I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness because online hypnosis is not therapy. What I do is more like life coaching. I help people help themselves to get what they want. If you are having a mental health crisis, please contact a psychotherapist. If you feel that it is urgent or that you want to harm yourself or others, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at
1-800-273-TALK, or any other hotline in your area.

Zoom
When looking to make change using hypnosis there are a few things to keep in mind while entering the process. My time is just as important as your time. When we agree to meet at a designated time it’s important to prompt and courteous when agreeing to that verbal or written contract. With that being said you should have knowledge of how to work your Zoom software and be in a comfortable place without any distractions in order to get the best results with your session. Please watch this video to familiarize yourself with Zoom and how the software works.
Check the Checklist Before you Schedule
Cancellation
Cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Before your scheduled Zoom session, make sure to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and interruption-free session.
Internet and Equipment Requirements:
- Ensure that you have a high-speed internet connection, broadband or better or internet phone service, to participate remotely.
- Install and test the ZOOM software to ensure it is working properly. It is a free service that can be downloaded from https://zoom.us/ or by typing it into your browser. The Zoom link invitation that will be sent to you will also contain directions on how to download the app if needed.
- Place your computer or laptop camera or attached camera or phone so that the other participant can have a clear view of your face and upper body. The device should be supporting itself and not being held by you.
- Conduct a test “meeting” prior to the session to ensure it’s working satisfactorily. Request this if you are unsure about the placement. Test it in the same room/location where your session will be conducted.
- Use wireless earbuds or headphones if you have them. This will help to reduce any external noise and distractions.
Handling Disruptions, Interruptions, and Noise:
- Make sure that you are in a comfortable position during the call, such as sitting in a reclining chair, bed with pillows propping you up, or on a couch in a comfortable upright position. Avoid a flat reclined position.
- Use a room where you can lock the door to prevent family members or pets from coming into the room, or place a note on the door as a reminder to not be disturbed.
- Advise family members that you will be in session and request that they do not interrupt you or make a lot of noise outside the room.
- Place dogs that tend to bark in another part of the home if possible.
- Silence the ringer on your cell phone before your session and/or unplug a landline phone if one is in the room with you.
Computer Preparations:
- Disconnect/turn off all other unnecessary programs running on your computer before the session to prevent freezing monitors or disconnects.
- At the beginning of the session, provide the other participant with a phone number of someone they can contact to check on you if necessary.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your Zoom session will be interruption-free and run smoothly.
